Diane is really the best! We were living in NM and needed to move to MA for work by end of this year. We were looking for houses on Zillow and I was just trying to see when I could get a virtual tour on a house. So I clicked on the “availability” button or something in the middle of a night, and surprisingly, a Zillow agent responded to my request very quickly and connected me with Diane the next day. She has been so responsive and gave us a virtual tour of the house that weekend. She is also a very tactical person when it comes to putting in an offer. We got the offer accepted at below the listing price! We were working with some other lender that we had good experience for our refinance. Diane told us that we don’t need to change our lenders but it doesn’t t hurt to check out the rates from a local lender that she knows. We are usually skeptical of these bundled services but later we were having some trouble getting a response from our lender so we talked to the local lender that Diane mentioned. Well, that lender got us a really great rate! She really made everything so much easier! Also, she really knows everything in the area.
